About the role

Worrells is looking for a full time and part time Appointment Setter to join the growing Melbourne team. You will have the opportunity to provides essential business development and administrative support to the Principals.

We will provide you with relevant professional training and our close-knit team-based structure will give you the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of your colleagues.

In this role you will be working closely with the Victorian Principals. Some of your responsibilities are:

  • Booking business development meetings
  • Accurately recording all relevant activities in the CRM database
  • Maintaining up-to-date records within the CRM system

Skills and Qualifications

You will be a proactive, ambitious, and talented individual with:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data entry.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple partners in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem solving, organisational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and levels complete tasks to a high standard.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
