Our valued client is looking for a Customer Service professional to join their team to support with appointment setting.

About Us

Our client is an independently owned financial advisory business, committed to providing the highest quality financial solutions for discerning clients. Established in the early 2000's, they specialise in developing wealth management programs for professionals and partnership executives.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers

  • Scheduling appointments; face to face, online, or via phone

  • Providing information of our clients services

  • Adhoc administration as required

Your Profile

A bit about you...

  • Experience with Appointment Setting is favorable

  • Extensive customer service experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Confident using computer systems, specifically booking systems

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Reliable and a can do attitude

  • Full working rights required for this role
