We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious and resilient individual who loves a challenge and wants to support our Hearing Aids division to assist our customers to set up their hearing aids check-ups; so if you have experience in an Outbound call centre and you're hungry and driven to achieve results, we want to hear from you

**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious outbound appointment setters who are excited to speak to customers and spark the interest
We look for individuals driven to meet targets and manage time effectively. Excellent and empathetic phone manner and conversation skills are a must especially because you will be talking to customers with hearing impairments.

- Job tasks and responsibilities;*
- Outbound calls to prospective customers (all warm leads) and setting up appointments with our Audiologist partners
- Provide a great customer experience
- Represent our brand to clients
- Input appropriate data into our system for new and existing customers
- Work with an automated dialler system
- Achieve targets

**To excel in this role, you will need to;**
- Have a positive and mature mindset
- Be skilled in outbound calling or perhaps inbound resolutions experience - you need to love to chat
- Show resilience & active listening skills
- Be self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to create rapport & influence to deliver results
