Job Description: Contractor - Bid Management

As a Bid Management Consultant, you will assemble a bid team with the relevant service / product / business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process.

Deal Qualification

Bachelor Deg of any field of study

  • With bid management tools experience or any proposal software (preferably in Responsive or Loopio proposal software)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing support at all stages of the bid cycle, including bid Management and bid coordination
  • Facilitates, coordinates, and chairs panel meetings (Go/No Go and sign off) in accordance with Global Bid Management procedures
  • Logs risk and assumptions on strategy

Bid Management Process

  • Manages and orchestrates complex, multi-regional RFx
  • Manages the end to end bid process, ensuring bid procedures are adhered to
  • Determines timelines and responsibilities for bid activities
  • Facilitates collaboration with the virtual teams involved in the RFx development
  • Engages in close liaison with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure all information is accurate and responses complete.
  • Reports on bid activity, identifying areas of strength and weakness and sharing this information to drive continuous improvement of the bid
  • Prepares high quality bid documents and presentations which articulate value propositions and win themes
  • Conduct reviews and effect improvement by applying quality control procedures - Drives and chairs the final reviews
  • Prior experience in Responsive or Loopio proposal software is preferred.
