Hours: Part-Time (2pm-6pm AEST)
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Reports To: Manager
Salary: R15 000
Position Summary:
The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive leads, engagement, and ROI for clients. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and creative strategy, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct audience research to target the right demographics and optimise ad reach.
Create ad creatives in collaboration with the design team, including images, videos, and copy.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Test ad creatives, targeting, and placements to maximize ROI.
Manage budgets, bids, and schedules for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Report regularly on campaign performance, KPIs, and insights to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals and marketing strategies.
Stay updated on Meta advertising best practices, trends, and platform updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues quickly and effectively.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns effectively.
Understanding of ad creative best practices, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Experience with other paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
Performance Metrics:
Campaign ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and lead generation results.
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Client satisfaction and campaign outcomes.
Ability to meet or exceed KPIs and budget targets.
