We're looking for a self-sufficient, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join Bodi Mind, a Perth-based wellness brand focused on empowering women through retreats, events, and coaching experiences.

You'll be responsible for running marketing campaigns, generating and managing leads, and converting them into bookings for our retreats, programs, and upcoming events.

This is a commission-based role with flexible hours, creative freedom, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving brand.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, run, and optimise marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

  • Help manage and improve paid ads (Meta, TikTok, or Google).

  • Generate, track, and manage leads through enquiries, ads, and social outreach.

  • Nurture leads and close sales for retreats, events, and coaching programs.

  • Build and maintain simple systems to track communication and conversions.

  • Pitch new ideas and creative strategies to expand our reach and improve results.

  • Analyse performance and report insights or improvements to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or digital advertising.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and social media marketing funnels.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organised and detail-oriented with a results-focused mindset.

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Canva (bonus).

  • Interest in wellness, health, or women's empowerment is a plus.
