The Opportunity
We're hiring an experienced Google & Meta Ads weapon who's run the show before. Perfect for an EX- Freelancer who wants security and WFH flexibility, or an agency veteran who's sick of juggling 40+ accounts and being chained to a desk. You'll manage a realistic client load, work directly with the founder, and bring your own systems, ideas, and playbook.
Start part-time (~20 hrs/week for 1–2 months) while we align, then move quickly to full-time (which will be a flexible 38hr/week) once performance is proven.
What You'll Do
Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads (eCom + lead gen).
Own the full lifecycle: onboarding → strategy → setup → optimisation → reporting.
Write/test copy, plan hooks/angles, and guide creative direction.
Manage budgets, improve ROAS/CPL, make data-led calls.
Communicate clearly with clients via email/Zoom/Loom — proactive and professional.
Track accurately with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; Go High Level is a big bonus.
Collaborate with SEO/web to improve landing pages and funnels.
Bring your playbook to refine how we structure, test, and scale.
What We Expect
3–6+ years hands-on with Google & Meta Ads (agency or freelance).
Proven results managing $10k+/month per client.
Deep understanding of structure, testing, scaling, and optimisation.
Strong communicator who can own client relationships end-to-end.
Analytical thinker who can explain the "why", not just the "what".
Organised, disciplined, self-managed — no hand-holding.
WordPress/landing page optimisation a plus.
Go High Level exposure is preferred (not essential).
Hungry to grow and become a key part of MarketShark long-term.
How You'll Work
Start: ~20 hrs/week (typically Mon–Thu, 10am–4pm AEST).
Transition: Full-time (38 hrs/week) once performance/fit is proven (usually 1–2 months, can be much sooner)
Location: 100% remote — anywhere in Australia.
Load: Realistic portfolio (max 20, usually less). Quality over chaos.
Career Path
Months 1–2: Part-time onboarding & delivery alignment.
Month 2-6: Full-time, managing multiple accounts end-to-end.
Month 6+: Step into strategy/leadership — help hire and mentor juniors or offshore support.
Beyond: More clients, higher pay, bonuses tied to retention and results.
Compensation & Perks
Part-time (probation): $4,500–$5,000/month.
Full-time: $7,500–$8,500/month (≈ basic $90k–$100k + super, more for leadership roles)
Performance bonuses for targets/retention.
