Social Media Growth Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who can take full ownership of client brands, from planning and creating content to actually managing and growing their social media pages.

You'll be the one analysing audiences, planning content calendars, posting regularly, and making sure everything looks on-brand and performs.

DuSol Australia is a social media marketing agency that helps clients take their online presence to the next level through innovative and engaging content. We work with Australian businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them create content that truly resonates and performs.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.
  • Analyse audiences, competitors, and performance to find growth opportunities.
  • Create monthly content strategies and calendars that drive engagement and reach.
  • Come up with ideas for Reels, posts, and stories that fit each brand's goals and trends.
  • Work with our editors (or your own skills) to create content using supplied footage or assets.
  • Post and schedule content consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages where required, and build community presence.
  • Track results, report performance, and suggest improvements for growth.
  • Stay updated with social trends, new features, and algorithm changes.

You're Perfect for This If You...

  • Have real experience managing and growing social media brands or business pages.
  • Can show proven results (examples of pages you've worked on or built yourself).
  • Understand content strategy, trends, and platform algorithms.
  • Know how to plan, post, and optimise content.
  • Are creative, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Are organised and able to manage multiple brands efficiently.

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have grown your own brand or client pages with measurable success.
  • Are skilled in content scheduling and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Know how to brief editors and oversee creative workflows.
  • Use tools like Notion, Slack, and

Work Setup:

  • Fully Remote (Preferably based in Philippines or Sri Lanka)
  • Minimum 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right person.
  • Work directly with the founder and creative team at DuSol Australia.

Pay:

This role starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the company expands.
