About the Role

We're seeking experienced appointment setters to join our outbound appointments team.

This is a casual role (Min 25 hours per week)

Hourly: $30per hour+bonus+super.

This is an office & hybrid position based at our Edward St, Brisbane City office (Next to Central Station).

You'll start from our Brisbane office and once trained and making appointments you have the option to move to Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners/business owners from provided call lists
  • Confidently explain the reason for the call
  • Book qualified appointments
  • Record accurate call outcomes in the CRM system
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for call volume and appointments
  • Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive phone manner

What You'll Need

  • Your own laptop, quality headset
  • A quiet home workspace (if hybrid)
  • Reliable internet connection (if hybrid)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to follow structure and scripts
  • Experience in outreach appointment setting

Pay & Benefits

  • Casual PAYG employment
  • $30 per hour + superannuation

  • Bonus per appointment:

  • $10 per qualified appointment when meeting KPI (1 per hour average)

  • $20 per qualified appointment when exceeding KPI per hour average)
  • Fortnightly pay cycle (Fridays)
  • Full training and ongoing support provided

The office is in Brisbane next to Central Station (50cent train fares), is state of the art with relaxed seating, great wifi, a barista daily, ping-pong table and fun events if you want to get involved.
