Entry-Level Sales Opportunity – Appointment Setter

Just Digital Marketing (JDM) is part of the Disrupt Digital Group, one of Australia's leading digital marketing agencies supporting small to medium-sized businesses for over 18 years.
Our sales leadership team has extensive experience building and scaling high-performing outbound sales teams. With demand continuing to rise, we're hiring driven sales professionals ready to take their careers to the next level. This is the last intake before the new year, with limited positions available.
The Opportunity:
This is a genuine entry-level sales role and the ideal starting point for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales. No previous experience is required. We provide full training, daily coaching, and a structured development plan that allows motivated individuals to progress quickly. Many of our high performers transition into a Closing Role within two months and begin earning well over $100,000 per year. This final intake of the year is designed to prepare new starters to hit the ground running heading into 2026.
What You Will Do:
• Make 100 to 150 outbound calls each day to small business owners
• Book high-quality appointments for the sales team
• Once trained, begin running discovery calls and closing your own deals
• Present digital marketing solutions with confidence
• Build rapport quickly and understand customer needs
• Maintain an organised and active CRM pipeline
• Achieve activity, appointment, and early-stage revenue targets with strong support from leadership

Your First Three Months:
Month One – Appointment Setting:
• Learn our products, systems, and sales approach
• Build confidence in objection handling
• Focus on booking high-quality appointments
• Establish a strong foundation for progression
Months Two and Three – Transition to Closing:
• Begin full training in our digital marketing sales process
• Start running discovery calls and closing your own deals
• Receive hands-on coaching from senior leaders
• Build consistency and prepare for six-figure earning potential
