The Role

Join our Newstead office as an experienced Appointment Setter. You'll speak with warm, opted-in leads and inbound enquiries—no cold calling—to briefly educate, qualify, and book high-quality appointments for our Solar Specialists using our custom CRM.

What You'll Do
  • Call and qualify warm leads; confirm needs and book calendar appointments
  • Hit daily activity and conversion targets
  • Keep accurate CRM notes and manage timely follow-ups
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic team floor where performance and good vibes go hand-in-hand
What You Bring
  • 12+ months appointment-setting or outbound phone experience with proven KPIs
  • Confident phone manner and fast rapport building
  • Track record in a target-driven environment
  • Strong organisation and CRM/dialler proficiency
  • Team-first attitude—professional on the phones, fun on the floor
