Lead College Pty Ltd. is a progressive Registered Training Organisation that offers multiple courses designed to help students gain qualifications, skills, and knowledge in areas that match their talents and desires. We offer a wide range of qualifications in various industries that educate our students with up-to-date industry standards, getting them ready for their next dream career.

We are currently seeking for full-time experienced Marketing officer (Bilingual speakers preferable) to support our expanding business plan.

Main responsibilities:

  • Recruit students directly or indirectly from the targeted countries by liaising with education agents or targeting onshore students
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local agents.
  • Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support school business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing service, support and training to our existing Agent network.
  • Assist National Marketing Manager with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, marketing events, to promote the Lead College name.
  • Assist the preparation of marketing material such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, website, etc.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least one-year experience in sales/marketing for education institutes providing VET courses is strongly preferred.
  • Experienced in liaising with education agents.
  • Be familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and College Management Computer System usage.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Ambitious, Passionate, Highly Committed & Self-Motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Fluency in other languages applicable to our key markets (Korean, Japanese, Indonesian)

Remuneration

We will provide a competitive remuneration package including base salary and bonus based on the successful candidate's working experience and performances. Details will be discussed during interview and subject to candidate's working experience and performance.
