Join a boutique chartered accounting firm who are seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator in Parramatta. They are looking for an eager and personable candidate to compliment their friendly team and to help manage the firm's administration.

Please note: Experience working in a Chartered Accounting firm is required

The role?

  • Assisting with various ASIC and ATO matters, including the ATO lodgement program.
  • Supporting the firm's workflow to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting client managers with client needs, including liaising with clients, invoicing and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Providing general office administration support including answering phone calls, maintaining the firm's database and procedures, filing, preparing marketing material and coordinating office functions.
  • Assisting with project work across the firm as required.
  • Contributing to strategic and forward-thinking initiatives, including identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting workflow enhancements.

The candidate?

  • Experience in an accounting or financial planning firm and proficient knowledge of ASIC and ATO correspondence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and transparency
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
