ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate, creative Events Marketing Specialist. The Events Marketing Specialist will implement the School's marketing activities with special responsibility for the successful execution of the School's events and functions program.

Please note, this is a part-time (30.4 hours per week) opportunity based at The King's School in North Parramatta.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications, or related experience /or other qualifications in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Previous event management experience is essential
  • Energy and creativity with a collegial and collaborative working style
  • Advanced computer skills, in particular, the Microsoft Office suite
  • A capacity to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to attend events outside normal work hours
