We're growing and are now on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from concept through to installation. You'll liaise with suppliers, clients, coordinate with our design and production teams, and ensure deadlines and budgets are met — all while maintaining the high standards Flexalite is known for.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires excellent organisation, strong design and manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple projects at once with confidence and control.
  • Interpret and work with design drawings.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical ability in interpreting complex design drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout every stage.
  • Contribute energy, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
  • Manufacturing or production project management experience is essential.
  • Background in design and/or manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Understanding of signage/display sector (highly regarded).
  • Strong material knowledge and awareness of manufacturing processes.
  • Advanced expertise in material knowledge and manufacturing processes is required.
  • Experience in estimating is advantageous (or willingness to learn).
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and a fast learner.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and "get the job done."
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and collaborative team player.
