We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-driven Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to help keep our accounts running smoothly and our office buzzing. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of the full accounts receivable process — from issuing invoices to managing payments — while supporting general office operations to keep things running like clockwork.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing and sending invoices, recording transactions, and reconciling accounts.
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records in Xero.
  • Following up on overdue payments and managing collections.
  • Assisting with purchasing, supply chain coordination, and logistics.
  • Updating our CRM system and helping out with general admin and office support.
  • Occasionally driving our company van (auto) to deliver or collect goods locally (lifting up to 10–15kg).
  • A current full Australian driver's licence is required for van driving duties.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounts receivable experience.
  • A Certificate IV (or Diploma) in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and strong data entry skills (60–80 wpm desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Confident communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Physically fit and ready to lend a hand where needed.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
