Reporting to the DC Operations Support and CI Manager, your key duties will include:Key ResponsibilitiesEmpower team leaders and managers with actionable data to drive local improvements.Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor warehouse process efficiency and effectiveness.Identify, quantify, and prioritize improvement opportunities using structured problem-solving tools.Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights to enhance warehouse and supply chain performance.Challenge existing processes and standards to uncover inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.Lead and facilitate cross-functional CI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.Communicate KPI trends and CI outcomes clearly to all levels of the organization to foster transparency and accountability.Build strong working relationships with operations teams to understand pain points and co-create solutions.Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to encourage participation and ownership of CI initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis and trend reviews to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.Redesign processes and workflows to eliminate waste and improve throughput.Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and recognition of CI efforts.Experience and SkillsPrevious experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP.Previous experience of WMS system; SAP EWM, Manhattan, Microlistics or similarPrevious experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment; FMCG > 15,000 pallet spacesExcellent Excel SkillsExcellent Analytical skillsExperience with creating query based data analytics ( Qlik, Tableau, Power Query, SQL )Time management, organisational and planning skills; ability to prioritise workload.Ability to demonstrate initiative, well organised with a "can-do" attitude.What you will receiveCompetitive remuneration packageAll the tools of trade providedExposure to world class technologiesGenerous discounts on company products for multiple brands
