Are you an experience process improvement lead with a passion for retail operations and a track record of driving significant, measurable change? Endeavour Drinks is seeking a dynamic Business Process Improvement Lead to join our Simpler for Stores program and deliver sustainable value across our extensive retail network (Dan Murphy's, BWS, and Langtons).
This is a high-impact role where your expertise in process diagnostics, strategic thinking, and implementation will directly shape the future efficiency and profitability of one of Australia's leading retail groups.

We are specifically looking for candidates who possess the following essential experience:
- Consulting Expertise: 4-7 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm AND/OR leading Business/Process Improvement within a large operational environment.
- Industry Focus: Proven experience in at least two of the following fields: Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Hospitality, FMCG, or Manufacturing.
Reporting to the Program Manager of Retail Operations Improvement, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end business, operation, and process diagnostics to achieve significant optimisation and uplift process capability.
- Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint and quantify value creation/optimisation opportunities across our core businesses (Dan Murphy's, BWS, Langtons, and supporting functions like Ops, Risk, Safety).
- Develop Solutions: Review current processes, define core business problems, and develop early hypotheses validated through data analysis and in-store observation.
- Build the Case: Develop rigorous business cases and implementation plans supported by analytical modelling and data-driven recommendations.
- Design & Implement: Design and implement new operating models encompassing people, process, and technology to ensure sustained improvement.
- Lead Change: Support the delivery of complex transformation projects and drive the implementation of changes that significantly challenge the cost of doing business.
- Communicate & Influence: Prepare and present findings for senior management and steering committees, effectively collaborating with a broad range of operational and strategic stakeholders.
Now let's talk about you:
Beyond your core consulting and industry background, you must demonstrate:
- 4-7 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm AND/OR leading Business/Process Improvement within a large operational environment.
- Proven experience in at least two of the following fields: Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Hospitality, FMCG, or Manufacturing.
- Expertise in using structured approaches to define and solve complex business problems.
- Exceptional ability to conduct detailed assessments, including deep data analysis, synthesising findings into clear, digestible outputs (reports, presentations).
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional project team with operators, subject matter experts, and strategic leaders.
Desirable
- Project Certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile).
- Experience in Cost-out/Value Creation projects.
- Early career experience in a retail or hospitality front-line position.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or other analytical coding languages.
