Supply Chain Analyst
At RSGx, we're focused on delivering excellence across every link of our supply chain. We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team — a data-driven problem solver who's passionate about improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic decisions across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
About The Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimising our end-to-end supply chain performance. You'll analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, you'll help ensure materials, products, and information flow seamlessly across the business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll gather, analyse, and interpret data from procurement, logistics, inventory, and production functions to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators. You'll provide insights and recommendations that improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency, while supporting management with data-driven reporting tools.
You'll contribute to demand planning and forecasting by developing both short- and long-term forecasts in collaboration with sales, operations, and procurement teams, ensuring supply plans align with business needs. Monitoring forecast accuracy and implementing corrective actions will be a core part of your work.
About You
You're analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive — with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams to solve complex problems.
You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Why RSGx?
At RSGx, we believe in building careers as well as projects. You'll join a collaborative and inclusive team that values innovation, accountability, and growth. We offer competitive remuneration, flexible work arrangements, and genuine opportunities to make an impact.
