MARKETING/ MARKETING ADMIN MANAGER

Are you seeking an opportunity to work flexible hours, approximately 20 to 25 hours a week (3 or 4 days a week)? This could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsible for Fishheads' Group Images and Fishheads' Group Brands in all marketing channels. Accountable for the effective strategic marketing plan, customer insight analysis, a proposal to approach customer needs, handling all marketing admin, and supporting the Directors to achieve the business goals.

Do you have a competitive spirit? As the Marketing Admin Manager, you'll need to understand our competitors and develop proactive, initiative plans to win the battle.

  • Marketing planning and strategy development
  • Brand management and development
  • Get ready to unleash your creativity in the development of marketing collateral to support promotions and key events, always in line with our branding and image.Community images and networking
  • Business development – joint ventures, working with community partners and tourism bodies and leveraging and building the reputation of three establishments
  • Development of competition campaigns and their execution
  • Social media development through website, face book, etc.
  • Create new ideas for monthly newsletters, websites & editorials.
  • Handling of customer complaints

  • Handling of marketing administration tasks such as :

  • input, consolidate information, create and print menus.

  • arrange music schedules and work the plan out.
  • create posters.
  • communicate with the team to ensure all campaigns are under awareness and training.
  • manage functions like emails and communicate with customers to support the restaurant managers.
  • Reporting and budgeting

Report to the Directors & General Manager.

Requirement:

  • Knowledge of Business Administration/ Marketing/ Market Research
  • Min 2 years in Marketing
  • I prefer local knowledge and excellent local relationships.
  • Proactive with good communication, both written & oral
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, website management and technology savvy.
  • Handing on and performing well under pressure
