That's where you come in We're looking for a head of marketing to spearhead an exciting evolution from a pure-play DTC brand to an omni-channel business,

with products now being ranged at supermarkets, pharmacies, boutique grocers, health food and bulk stores around Australia.

This is a senior management role, joining the executive leadership team where you will own the brand and lead the marketing team.

What you will actually be doing:

- Developing and nurturing the high-level brand strategy
- Creating and executing the annual marketing plan, setting targets, KPIs and budgets and taking responsibility for delivering results
- Developing omni-channel growth strategy to continue the exponential growth
- Overseeing the end-to-end marketing function, ensuring delivery on growth targets and KPIs.
- Managing capital allocation and ensuring the highest possible ROI on
marketing investment by constantly testing new comms channels, messages, ideas.
- Developing big, bold, audacious ideas to continue to catapult our client into mainstream awareness.
- Inspiring and nurturing the team of marketers and growing them into world conquering, mission-driven legends.

We would love to see:

- Previous management experience, having led internal marketing teams/functions successfully as well as have experience managing external agency partners. You will be an exceptional leader with deep understanding of team dynamics, interpersonal relationships and
how to inspire and nurture a high-performance culture.
- Have experience developing multi-channel media plans and deep, hands-on experience with allocating marketing budgets in excess of $5M annually across online and offline media.
- Have experience working with B2C physical products, within an omnichannel environment including retail and e-commerce.

Our client are based in Byron Bay but they offer flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work from home.
