We're Looking for a Chef

Barmilano, a Northern Italian restaurant in Maroubra Beach and new opening in Randwick, is searching for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team If you love working with fresh ingredients, crafting high-quality dishes, and want to be part of a growing business, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering top-quality Northern Italian dishes with care and precision
  • Keeping up with the fast pace of service while maintaining consistency
  • Working closely with the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Bringing creativity and passion to the menu while staying true to Barmilano's style

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant environment
  • Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and cooking methods
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-demand service periods
  • A team player with a great attitude and solid work ethic
  • Passion for delivering excellent food with attention to detail
