The Position: This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone eager to begin a career in administration or make the move into the legal industry. You'll receive full training and ongoing support, making this an ideal role for motivated individuals ready to learn and grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening new client matters
- Data entry and file management
- Assisting with reception and switchboard duties
- General administration tasks
- Banking and office deliveries
- Providing administrative support to our conveyancing paralegals
In this role, you'll gain a valuable understanding of conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of residential land, houses, and units. This position is the perfect first step towards becoming a conveyancing paralegal, with a clear pathway through our structured training program.
The Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Above-average literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear and confident communication
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
- Accurate word processing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- A calm, professional approach under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines
This is a fantastic opportunity for recent school leavers or applicants seeking their first step into an entry-level office role. While prior experience in retail, administration, or customer service will be highly regarded, it is not essential — we value positivity, adaptability, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
