About the Role

As a Loan Processor at Vestyn Financial, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end mortgage process — from initial application through to settlement. Working closely with our brokers, clients and lenders, you will ensure all loan applications are accurately prepared, compliant, and processed efficiently within service level timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify and prepare loan applications and supporting documentation
  • Conduct credit, employment and identification checks in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders and third parties to gather outstanding information
  • Order property valuations and pricing through PropertyHub, CoreLogic and lender systems
  • Accurately calculate borrowing capacity and assess supporting income documents
  • Prepare and submit loan applications using Mercury and ApplyOnline (AOL)
  • Manage loan files through to approval and settlement, ensuring all conditions are met
  • Maintain accurate and compliant file records and data within CRM systems
  • Provide high-quality communication and service to clients and stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Loan Processor or Loan Administrator within mortgage broking or lending
  • Sound understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process (application, assessment, approval, and settlement)
  • Preferred proficiency in Mercury, ApplyOnline (AOL), PropertyHub and CoreLogic
  • Demonstrated experience ordering valuations, completing pricing requests, and calculating borrowing capacity
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Understanding of NCCP and responsible lending obligations
