Experience in research & analysis / credit in an institutional, corporate banking or product environment

An understanding of loan syndications and investor behaviour

A solid understanding of financial markets, accounting principles and credit risk assessment fundamentals

Ability to interpret loan documentation and term sheets

Sound communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills. At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we'd love to hear from you.

So why join us?
