Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Services Manager to independently oversee a dedicated client portfolio while leading and mentoring the team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in bookkeeping, taxation, and accounting practices, with proven leadership capabilities as well as managing customer relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing firm, ensuring high-quality service delivery while achieving targeted business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals while managing workflow, meeting deadlines and performance management.

· Oversee complete bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation services for a diverse client portfolio

· Serve as the main client contact, ensuring exceptional service and building strong professional relationships.

· Ensure compliance with Australian standards, laws, and regulatory requirements, and review financial reports for accuracy.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements, support business development, and help achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar leadership capacity within the accounting and taxation domain.

· CPA or CA qualification is mandatory.

· Extensive hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and Australian taxation.

· Proven ability to lead and manage a team (including offshore staff), with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Excellent client management skills, fluent in English, both written and spoken, with Strong presentation skills.

Note: Only candidates based in Sydney will be considered. Attractive remuneration package on offer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
