The Manager, Workforce Planning leads the delivery of workforce planning services and analytics that enable agencies to plan, develop and retain a skilled, diverse and future-ready workforce.

The Workforce Development team within DCDD Corporate Services partners with Northern Territory Government agencies to design and implement enterprise-level workforce development solutions. These include programs, tools, advisory services and tailored strategies that support agencies to build, sustain and grow a capable and agile workforce.
