driven Estimator

who thrives on delivering 
high-risk engineered demolition, civil early works, and decommissioning projects

across NSW and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Lead tender preparation for demolition, decommissioning, and civil early works packages
  • Break down complex scopes into clear methodologies and cost models
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and our project delivery teams
  • Drive win strategies with GP% discipline and commercial insight
  • Use Pipedrive, Assignar, and modern AI tools to sharpen accuracy and efficiency

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in demolition/civil estimating
     in Australia (ideally tier-one or tier-two projects)
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge (hazardous materials, structures, methodologies)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
  • A proactive mindset — someone who can see risk, control it, and win the right work
  • AI-friendly — comfortable adopting modern systems and working smarter, not harder
