We are seeking an up and coming Electrical Estimator with a strong background as an electrical tradesperson and ideally within the manufacturing, food and beverage or FMCG industry. We are ideally looking for a candidate who is looking to further their career in either Estimating or Project Management and is ready to step away from being on-site.

In this role you will be working with and mentored by a very experienced Senior Estimator who has been with the business for many years. You will have the opportunity to learn from one of the industries best estimators and will fast track your career in this discipline.

The business typically focuses on small to medium industrial, manufacturing and food and beverage projects up to $3m in value.

Your key skills and competencies will include:

  • An electrical trade qualification - additional qualifications in project management will be highly regarded.
  • Significant electrical installation, switchboard, control panel and MCC experience – technical competence is a must
  • Strong financial and numerical experience
  • Previous project management experience will be helpful and highly regarded
  • Working knowledge of electrical industry standards
  • Reliable, hardworking and honest
