Determine customer requirements and objectives, and create Implementation plans accordingly. Ensure adherence to project management timelines.Product Adoption > Use a combination of customer touchpoints and data to ensure product adoption and drive critical early adoption through Implementation.Stakeholder Management > Keep customers accountable to Implementation Timelines. Ensure customers are consistently updated and supported throughout onboarding, conduct regular progress sync-ups and quarterly business reviews.Collaborate with Sales and Tech team > Work with Sales and Customer Success Managers ensuring successful handovers, and with the technical team to pass on product feedback and suggestions for improvement.You're ideal if you have…Implementation/CS/Project Management Experience > 3+ years experience in a comparable Implementation, Customer Success or Project Management role.Project management experience > Demonstrated ability to drive & coordinate multiple stakeholders/teams to achieve desired outcomesEnterprise experience > Proven track record building & maintaining relationships with enterprise customers & multiple stakeholders is criticalExceptional communication skills > Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external)Be analytical and detail oriented > attention to detail and the ability to analyse, interpret and action metrics is critical for this rolePersonal responsibility & sense of urgency > you're results-obsessed & biased towards actionA growth mindset > we're always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to thisBonus: Background in stakeholder or community engagement > this isn't necessary but it's a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of stakeholder engagement or related technologyOur cultureTeam First - we're close knit, highly collaborative, actively help each other succeed (knowledge sharing, training) to develop our teams' capabilitiesHigh Expectations - we're self motivated, embrace velocity as our greatest advantage, take pride in what we do and push to reach our potential.Data and metrics driven - we're a tech company.
