Our client is a Federal Government-backed specialist finance provider for farmers and farm-related small businesses. They offer loan programs designed to encourage growth, investment and resilience in Australia's regional communities.
They are currently looking for an additional team member to work in their Orange office for a period of approximately 8 months until June 2026.
This will be a fulltime role working 36.75hrs/week.
The key focus of this role will involve general administration support in the area of documents and settlements - compiling information to support the preparation of financial documentation, keeping track of document processing and life cycles, and undertaking routine tasks such as scanning, distributing, mailing, electronic filing of records and similar functions. Customer contact and interaction will be required, so applicants will need sound written and verbal communication skills.
The key to success in this role will be delivering exceptional attention to detail with and outstanding level of accuracy and data entry.
Previous experience with high level administration support work will be essential. Previous work within the finance or legal sector would be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment screening including a National Police History Check and must have the right to work in Australia for the full duration of the tenure period.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to onsite in the organisation's Orange office and an immediate start of work is available.
