We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to work alongside Principal & Selling Agent Rebecca Dean, providing exceptional client care and end-to-end campaign support.

This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience from listing to settlement, while helping manage the fast-paced operations of one of Port Stephens' top-performing sales agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Principal
  • Manage the daily diary, appointments, and client communications
  • Coordinate sales campaigns, including liaising with photographers, solicitors, and marketing teams
  • Prepare and manage contracts, listings, and compliance documentation
  • Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring all vendors and buyers are kept informed throughout the sales process
  • Assist with open homes and client events (one Saturday per month required)
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute to efficient office workflows

About You

  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have exceptional communication and time-management skills
  • You take pride in your presentation and professionalism
  • Previous real estate OR high-level administrative experience is highly regarded
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)

The Role

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday, with one Saturday per month
  • Based in our Salamander Bay office
