Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing a busy workload of matters with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Handling all aspects of conveyancing, from initial instructions, reporting on and explaining contracts, providing s66w certificates, and finalizing settlements.
  • Drafting and reviewing complex property documents.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 3-5+ years PQE in property law.
  • Demonstrates strong NSW property law knowledge.
  • Proven experience and comprehensive understanding of the full property transaction lifecycle, from pre-exchange due diligence to exchanging contracts, and preparation for settlement, including preparing settlement adjustments to settlement and registration of documents.
  • Demonstrable passion for property law (essential).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PEXA & LEAP.
  • Strong academic record and excellent organizational skills.
  • Is a collaborative team player.
