We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join our dynamic team in Orange, New South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a minimum of three years' post-admission experience (PAE) to further develop their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on a broad range of property law matters, including residential, rural, and commercial conveyancing, water licensing, leases, and advising SMSF trustees regarding bare trusts and transfers back to SMSF trustees.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents relating to property transactions.
  • Corresponding with clients, other parties, banks, and third parties from initial contact through to settlement.
  • Managing PEXA workspaces.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with relevant legislative changes.
  • Working collegiately alongside our team of property lawyers and paralegals

About You

  • Admitted as a solicitor in NSW and holding a current practicing certificate, or qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in NSW.
  • Minimum of three years' post-admission/qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing property transactions.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional client service.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong desire to grow professionally.
