Role Description: ADMIN AND BOOK KEEPING JUNIOR

This is a part-time role for an Admin & Bookkeeper located in our centralised office at
Allambie Heights
on the Northern Beaches.
The role emphasises accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include general bookkeeping, and utilising accounting software (XERO) to support the team.
This role is data entry heavy, with the added variety of switchboard management, restaurant reservations for six high volume venues, and office administration.

This position would
suit a student that is looking to gain work experience
and complement their studies, ideally in accounting or business. Prior experience using accounting software (Xero favoured).

Or
suit an experienced bookkeeper looking to return to work
(school hours ok with us)

This is a casual role to start with approx 20 hours per week, with the certainty to grow the role and hours as the year progresses.

Qualifications

  • Experience with
    Bookkeeping,
    Accounting Software and general Finance tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
