Are you an experienced
Senior Bookkeeper
looking to take the next step in your career?

We're recruiting two full-time, permanent positions for a growing national business headquartered in South-West Sydney (Prestons).

Each role will take ownership of the financial operations for either the NSW or Victorian branch, with end-to-end bookkeeping and reporting responsibilities.

Role Overview:

  • Full-function bookkeeping (AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations)
  • Payroll, superannuation, BAS, GST, PAYG, payroll tax
  • Month-end and year-end close and reporting
  • Financial reports: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
  • Asset register and inventory maintenance
  • Compliance with ATO and Fair Work obligations
  • Supporting external accountants, auditors, and system improvements

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years' experience in a senior bookkeeping or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll, BAS, and financial compliance
  • Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred; Xero or MYOB a bonus)
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and time management skills
