**Your new company**
They are a global Payroll and Bookkeeping company who provide software for some of the world’s biggest brands. They are looking for someone to come into the team as a Bookkeeper and Implementations manager.
**Your new role**
As a bookkeeping manager, you will be joining a team of approx. 9 people to provide support to the offshore employees as well as doing the bookkeeping for your own clients including weekly reconciliations and monthly financial reports. You will also have the opportunity to implement the software with new clients. Further to this you will liaise with a team of 2-3 offshore members of staff to monitor their work and provide them support.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for the role you will need to have experience in Bookkeeping, as well as Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
Previous experience using Xero would be preferable.
You will also need to work collaboratively within the team as well as reviewing and directing staff in the offshore team. They would like someone who has great written and verbal communication skills who is highly organised as you will be dealing with your own clients and maintaining those relationships.
