Sydney, Australia Sierra Marketing Full time

Sierra Marketing is looking for a well-organised bookkeeper with attention to detail to join our team.

You will have experience using Xero and Excel, with excellent time management skills.

**Duties**:

- Processing and balancing accounts receivable
- Processing and balancing accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations.
- Payroll processing
- Process super contribution.
- Invoicing
- Run P&L reports
- Working with our external accountant

**The role includes;**
- Flexible hours and days between Monday-Friday
- Work life balance
- Work from home
- Training will be provided by our outgoing bookkeeper.

**Advanced Skills - Preferred but no essential**
- **End of year reporting**: Assisting with annual profit and loss and balance sheet reports.
- **Business strategy**: Creating budgets and forecasts and advising on how to improve the business.
- **Business process**: Reviewing, researching and implementing software solutions and internal controls to streamline the business and enhance performance.
- **Training**: Working with staff on best practice bookkeeping and use of software solutions

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
