With an exceptionally collaborative and supportive team culture this is a rare opportunity for a talented and experienced Paralegal to join a leading boutique Law Firm specialising in Construction and Property law.
Working closely with the Principal, described as a great mentor, and alongside a team of dedicated Lawyers and Paralegals you'll enjoy a "hands on" role whilst being involved in a wide range of interesting and high profile matters.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
• handling initial telephone enquiries
• draft and prepare court documents
• liaise and draft correspondence to clients and third parties
• file management, open and close files
• prepare cost agreements
• general administrative tasks
Skills and experience we'd love...Previous experience as a Paralegal in a similar role is essential as is a strong client service approach, confidence in managing files and a positive team attitude. You will also demonstrate;
• strong drafting and written communication skills
• ability to meet deadlines and be highly organised
• advanced MS Office/IT skills
• excellent attention to detail
