Keypoint Law is seeking to grow our Central Office team. We are looking for committed career paralegals and highly capable law students who are available at least 3 days per week. Exciting opportunities with prospects to establish a career as a paralegal or to transition into a lawyer role.

The candidates:

The opportunities available are suitable for driven individuals looking to commit to either:

• a long-term role as a career paralegal, or
• at least 2 years in a paralegal role, with prospects for outstanding candidates to transition into a lawyer role within Keypoint Law.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will have a "can-do" attitude in supporting our senior lawyers as well as the operations of our law firm.

Your role & responsibilities:

The responsibilities will involve collaborating with a team of paralegals to provide general paralegal and operations support including:

• Legal Support:
  Providing exceptional support to our senior lawyers.
• Document Management:
  Drafting, reviewing, and organising legal documents.
• Case Coordination:
  Managing case files, tracking deadlines, and collaborating with our senior lawyers to facilitate smooth case progression.
• Client Relations
  : Provide clients with assistance, updates, and support, as required by the supervising lawyer.
• Office Support:
  Attend to day-to-day office requirements including administrative tasks, mail handling, meeting and greeting clients, preparing meeting rooms, general upkeep of the offices.

What will make you successful in this role?

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal (desirable)
• A self-motivated nature and 'can-do' attitude, with a high level of initiative
• An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment, with an ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
