Primary Objective:

The Senior Project Officer will provide project support, coordination, and scheduling expertise to ensure the successful delivery of legislative and regulatory changes. The role will actively contribute to project planning, stakeholder engagement, and supporting business improvement initiatives that align with the HVNL reform objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Project Manager, Steering Committees, and Working Groups involved in designing and implementing amendments required for the HVNL.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones, dependencies, and timelines are clearly documented and tracked.
  • Provide updates on project progress, including risks and scheduling impacts, in regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify activities, phases, and timeframes for program deliverables.
  • Undertake secretariat duties for the Steering Committee and Working Groups, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and disseminating action items.
