Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an NDIS Service Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The NDIS Service Manager will oversee the delivery of NDIS services, ensure compliance with NDIS standards, manage staff, and provide leadership in care planning and coordination. Key responsibilities include working closely with clients and their families, supervising support teams, and maintaining accurate records to support high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS framework and regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in care coordination, support planning, or similar roles
  • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and compliance management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability Care, Community Services, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar leadership or management role in the healthcare or disability sector
