About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior NDIS Support Coordinator
to join our high-performing Perth team.

This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote work and office collaboration, designed to keep you connected, supported, and fulfilled.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred Support Coordination to participants with complex needs.
  • Strengthen each participant's ability to navigate the NDIS and broader systems — including health, housing, justice, mental health, and social services.
  • Provide mentorship and informal guidance to emerging Support Coordinators in your region.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Participate in regular
    clinical and administrative supervision
    , ensuring your practice remains reflective, ethical, and sustainable.
  • Mentor and contribute to the develoment of less experienced Support Coordinators

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 1.5 year full-time experience
    as an NDIS Support Coordinator — this is essential.
  • Experience in other community or case management roles will not be considered equivalent.
  • A minimum Diploma qualification
    in Community Services, Disability, Mental Health, Social Work, or a related discipline (Bachelor's degree highly regarded).
  • A deep understanding of the NDIS, including how to interpret and implement participant plans.
  • Experience supporting participants with complex psychosocial or disability-related needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust, manage conflict, and produce clear documentation.
  • A valid Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, and the ability to meet all relevant probity checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, Police Check, etc.).
