About the role

Join Stella Marine Group as a Marketing Professional. In this full-time role based in Coomera, Queensland, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services within the marine industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Devise and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
  • Create engaging content such as website copy, social media posts, brochures, and presentations
  • Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the marine industry
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email, and web analytics
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Passion for the marine industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
