The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience who thrives on building strategy and leading execution. This isn't a static corporate role—this is a hands-on, operational leadership position inside a fast-growing founder-led brand. You'll be working closely with the CEO and leading a small but mighty marketing team across performance, brand, content, ambassadors, and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and execute the quarterly marketing strategy, aligning content, product, performance, and brand.
  • Manage and support a high-performing team including specialists across content, media buying, ambassador partnerships, and brand.
  • Oversee campaign planning, timelines, and performance metrics across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the CEO on brand development, growth levers, and customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional planning across content, paid, social, email, and in-app marketing.
  • Collaborate with product and customer support teams to align messaging and market feedback.

Who you are

  • You've got 3+ years in a marketing leadership or senior coordinator/manager role, ideally in a digital-first or ecommerce brand.
  • You're platform-fluent: Meta, Google, Klaviyo, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
  • You think in systems and workflows, but can also turn around a campaign brief in 48 hours.
  • You love data, but equally value storytelling, brand alignment, and emotional connection.
  • You've managed small teams and know how to build a strong creative and performance culture.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led business where you can move quickly and take ownership.
  • You're ambitious, reliable, strategic, and excited to be part of something with serious impact.
