We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Allrounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage social media, create content, and support brand growth through engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Write compelling, on-brand captions, product descriptions, and ad copy.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver fresh content to the architectural design community and contractors.
  • Design and update marketing collateral (PDFs, spec sheets, presentations, EDM's email marketing etc.).
  • Monitor analytics and provide insights to optimise performance from web platforms.
  • Assist with product launches, promotional events, and brand activations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2+ years' experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (e-commerce, fashion, product and building design)
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, creative, and comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, indesign and similar).
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Office based in Fortitude Valley Brisbane

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in building and architectural industry.
  • Familiarity with paid ad campaign planning and reporting.
  • Google friendly
  • Confidently appear on camera to film for organic and paid ads

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
