As our Graphic Designer you will be primarily responsible for managing the creative development and delivery of the hotel promotional design requirements for each assigned hotel within the Waymark group.

The Role:

  • Conceptualise, plan, design and develop a wide range of brand communication touch points across Regional Queensland hotels
  • Assist in the management of the rollout of any new Waymark brand projects
  • Support the promotion of ongoing assigned venue promotions and events for assigned venues through strong creative execution across all print and digital channels including posters, point of sale, website, social, eDM's etc.
  • Support the food & beverage departments of assigned venues with ongoing seasonal menu changes and drinks & food special updates as required
  • Work with the assigned venue & marketing team to support the creative execution of any ongoing content requirements across social and website platforms

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in design, design principles, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Thrive in a busy environment
  • Broad design skill set including print and digital
  • Background or interest in Hospitality or related industry
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder management
  • Tertiary qualifications/or equivalent experience in Graphic or Multimedia Design advantageous
  • Strong interest and understanding of print, online marketing, and social media platforms desired
