We're a boutique wedding photography and videography studio, capturing love stories from Byron Bay to the Sunshine Coast. We love working with our couples to create beautiful imagery, and keep our environment fun, positive, and collaborative in our fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're on the lookout for a talented Social Media & Content Coordinator to help us elevate our social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has a creative eye, understands visual storytelling, and knows how to showcase our beautiful wedding content.

This is not just a scheduling role. We're after someone with intuition and an ability to curate and create content that truly showcases our wedding photography and videography.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Select and curate hero images from wedding galleries to create engaging posts, carousels, stories, and reels
  • Create on brand original content (e.g. behind-the-scenes videos, simple edits, Canva graphics)
  • Schedule content including writing engaging captions and hashtags that fit our brand voice
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Capture live wedding day content on your phone (some weekend availability required)
  • Track and report on monthly insights and engagement using Meta tools

MUST HAVES

  • A creative eye and ability to select strong visual content
  • Confidence using tools like Canva, CapCut, Instagram reels, TikTok, etc.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • A passion for weddings and photography/videography

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • Knowledge of the wedding industry
  • Background in marketing, branding, or graphic design
  • Lightroom or photo editing skills
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Experience running paid ads on Instagram and Facebook

OTHER DETAILS

  • Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week (depending on workload)
  • Based in our Gold Coast office, with some on location wedding days (weekends occasionally)
  • This is not a remote or work from home role
