About Us

Aurelius Capital is a fast-growing full-service finance brokerage based on the Gold Coast.

We're now looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team in the office and take our digital presence to the next level.

About the Role

This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week) based in our Gold Coast office. You'll be responsible for managing Aurelius Capital's social media presence - creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and ensuring our brand message is consistent across all platforms.

You'll work closely with our directors and marketing team to develop and execute a social media strategy that reflects who we are and connects with our audience of business owners and professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar
  • Create high-quality posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook that reflect our brand voice
  • Write short-form copy and captions that are engaging, clear, and on-brand
  • Capture and create in-office content (photos, short videos, reels)
  • Design graphics and social templates using Canva or similar tools
  • Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage community interactions
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide monthly reports with improvement ideas
  • Stay across social media trends, algorithm changes, and fresh content opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience managing social media for a business or brand
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, tone, and branding
  • Confident using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form content (e.g. Instagram Reels)
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader team
  • Experience in finance or professional services is a plus, but not essential
