Summary:
We are seeking an experienced marketer to join us as Brand, Media and Marketing Manager at our Head Office located in Helensvale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our marketing and communications function. You will work closely with our Managing Director and Executive team to build strong brand awareness, drive growth in our philanthropy and deepen our connection and engagement with key audiences.
About Us:
For almost 20 years, Yalari has been changing the lives of Indigenous children from remote and regional communities, by providing scholarships to Australia's leading boarding schools.
Over that time, we have developed and refined the support programs that help our students achieve academically, keep them motivated to succeed, connect them with their culture and each other and, most importantly, inspire them to 'pay it forward' by helping others to follow in their footsteps.

Responsibilities:
The Brand, Media and Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Development of brand and marketing strategy and the subsequent operational delivery plans.
- Development of strategic content and audience development plans whilst collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling content and creative assets.
- Development and execution of growth strategies across evergreen and time-sensitive campaigns (e.g. EOFY).
- Management and development of the website as a key platform for generating brand awareness, engagement and supporting conversion.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand, media, or marketing management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
